Return Policy

 Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, unwashed, and without any damage or flaws.

  • For cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and beauty tools, the product must not be opened, tested, or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • All original tags, safety seals, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoices, and accessories must be included with the returned item.

  • The product must be returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box.

    • If the product was delivered in Blite packaging/box, please use the same packaging for returns.

    • Do not apply tape, stickers, or writing directly on the manufacturer’s box.

Refund Policy

We value your trust and want you to have the best shopping experience with us. However, due to the nature of cosmetics and personal care products, our refund and return policy follows strict hygiene standards.

Issuence Of Refund:

 

  • Please mention your Order Number  on the package.

  • Once your return is received, our team will inspect the product.

  • If approved, your refund/replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • If rejected, the item will be returned to you within 4–6 business days.

  • After three (3) failed delivery attempts, the item will be scrapped with no refund.
