Returns & Refund Policy
At B-Lite Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully package every order to ensure it reaches you safely. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you and resolve the issue quickly.
Return Eligibility
We currently accept returns only for products damaged during delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Clear proof of damage must be provided
- The order details must match our records
Please note that returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of fragrance, personal preference, or products that have already been used.
How To Request A Return
If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:
Step 1:
Record a short unboxing video or take clear photos showing:
- The damaged product
- Product packaging
- Shipping parcel
- Visible damage
Step 2:
Share the photos/videos with our support team along with:
- Order number
- Full name
- Contact number
- Brief description of the issue
Step 3:
Our team will review and verify the request and guide you through the replacement or refund process.
Refunds & Replacements
Once your damaged product request has been verified:
- A replacement product will be sent where applicable
- If replacement is unavailable, a full refund may be issued
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless:
- Wrong product was delivered
- The order was damaged due to our error
- A shipping mistake occurred on our side
Important Notes
- Claims submitted without proof may not be approved
- Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may not qualify
- B-Lite Cosmetics reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet policy requirements
